Pheme is a unique, one-storey modern villa with an incredible location. It’s situated between the sea and mountains, near Parikia and Parasporos beach, both covering the needs of those who want to be near the center and of those who are looking for more secluded vibes. The architecture of the villa embraces a contemporary pattern, which exudes freshness and cleanliness.
The property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and faces a beautiful field of olive trees. The terrace with the swimming pool area generously offers the perfect spot for a mind-blowing sunset over the sailing boats in the beautiful Aegean blue waters.
Entering the wide entrance on the ground floor, guests are introduced to a bright and cozy seating area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This floor also hosts a guest lavatory.
The master bedroom faces the sea and provides direct access to the pool, as well as to a private romantic patio with a seating lounge and flowers all around. The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom has an Italian shower and all sanitary facilities. The second bedroom on the ground floor is a guest room with a private entrance and garden view, equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with sanitary facilities and a shower.
Walking up the stairs to the upper floor, one is led to two beautifully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both rooms have large balconies with seating areas, offering sea and mountain views.
The main patio of the villa leads to the spacious pool, which is surrounded by a well-curated Mediterranean Garden, while embracing the wonderful sea views. It features outdoor furniture for seating and sunbathing by the water.
The pool area is also equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen and dining area sheltered under a stylish pergola and stone wall. The outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ, a microwave, a fridge and all the amenities necessary for preparing a nice Greek meal with your friends or family.
